Compare and contrast the characteristics of healthy vs unhealthy conflict Explain key skills required to identify root causes and navigate conflict with empathy, curiosity, and neutrality. Identify your default behavior in conflict and the impact of this behavior on others. Describe the importance of framing / reframing in finding opportunities for growth within conflict. Practice practical strategies for engaging in and resolving conflict constructively.
