The Navigating Conflict Micro-Credential helps professionals recognize and address conflict effectively, using practical strategies to turn disagreements into opportunities for collaboration.
Audience
Individuals wanting to develop their ability to engage in healthy conflict. Professionals in leadership roles who want to expand their ability to work with conflict in a constructive manner.
Learning Outcomes
Define conflict. Compare and contrast the characteristics of healthy vs unhealthy conflict Explain key skills required to identify root causes and navigate conflict with empathy, curiosity, and neutrality. Identify your default behavior in conflict and the impact of this behavior on others. Describe the importance of framing / reframing in finding opportunities for growth within conflict. Practice practical strategies for engaging in and resolving conflict constructively.
Prerequisites
Foundational knowledge of agile principles, values, and mindset. Agile coaching experience is recommended.
