New Fundamentals is an immersive, two-day experience designed to equip leaders, executives, transformation managers, and change agents with the mindsets, methods, and tools needed to navigate and shape the age of AI. Building on the human-centric philosophy of Management 3.0, the adaptive structures of unFIX, and inspired by Jurgen Appelo’s book Human Robot Agent, the workshop explores the transformative impact of Artifi cial Intelligence on individuals, teams, and entire organizations. Through a structured blend of interactive modules, case-based discussions, and visual tools, the New Fundamentals empowers participants to navigate the complexity of Wicked Problems in the AI era. They refl ect on the evolving roles of humans and leaders when incorporating AI, not only as a tool, but also as a digital teammate or even a decision-maker in the work environment. Participants explore why learning to (un)learn and become an M-shaped worker is essential. They explore the growing role of algorithmic decision-making and its implications for leadership, governance, and culture—asking not just how to use AI, but also why we need humans in the loop and what ethical perspectives are necessary. They examine how to enhance meetings and collaboration—and what more fl exible, adaptive organizational structures might look like. The learning journey concludes with concrete tools for personal leadership development and organizational readiness—empowering participants to lead with clarity, courage, and purpose in a world increasingly shaped by intelligent systems.

At the end of this workshop and your active participation in all sessions, you will be able to: ● Understand the Impact of AI at All Levels – Analyze how AI transforms work at the personal, team, and organizational levels—and explain why leaders must proactively adapt rather than reactively resist these changes. ● Embrace an AI-Age Mindset – Adopt a growth mindset rooted in continuous (un)learning, creative experimentation, and multi-disciplinary “M-shaped” skills as essential traits for the Age of AI. ● Tackle Wicked Problems with Complexity Thinking – Utilize complexity thinking and tools, such as the MARVIS framework, to understand and address complex, multifaceted leadership challenges in the AI era. ● Integrate AI as a Collaborative Partner – Explore practical ways to work with AI as a digital teammate—enhancing creativity, decision-making, and problem-solving while maintaining human agency and ethical oversight. ● Redesign Collaboration and Organizational Structures – Evaluate how meetings, collaboration moments, and team design must evolve when intelligent agents join the workplace—and use patterns to support flexible, networked organizations. ● Importance of the Digital Core – Recognize why ad-hoc integration of AI may fail, and a Digital Core is a prerequisite for a successful strategy.
