The ITIL Foundation Bridge (Version 5) workshop is a fast-tracked, 1-day program specifically designed for ITIL 4 certification holders. This focused course bridges the gap between ITIL 4 and ITIL 5 by introducing key digital product and service management concepts not previously addressed. Participants must hold a valid ITIL 4 Foundation certification. Any ITIL 4 higher-level certification

Examination Details

Format: Closed-book, multiple-choice exam (MCQs). Duration: 30 minutes (candidates taking the exam in a non-native language may receive 38 minutes). Number of Questions: 20 questions, each worth 1 mark. Pass Mark: 65% (13 correct answers out of 20).

Professional Development Units (PDUs) Attendees may be eligible to apply for 8 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP®, PgMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications.
