Define the characteristics of high performing teams: Participants will be able to identify the essential elements of high-performing teams, including trust, communication, accountability, and shared goals. Understand the importance of teamwork: Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the value of working collaboratively and how to leverage team strengths to achieve shared objectives. Build effective communication skills: Participants will learn and practice techniques for clear and effective communication, including active listening, providing feedback, and managing conflict. Develop strategies for managing team dynamics: Participants will learn how to recognize and manage group dynamics, including addressing conflict, leveraging diversity, and encouraging participation.
