Organizational Transformation: Foundation is the first course in the OT Series, providing essential knowledge on transformation initiatives. This e-learning course is designed to help project professionals recognize and respond to change effectively. You’ll learn about the structure of transformation teams and the key components that drive their success. Through engaging case studies and scenarios, this foundational course introduces the five building blocks for effective transformations.

In the Foundation course, you will:

Identify Key Concepts: Understand and describe essential transformation concepts. Understand Drivers: Learn what drives transformation and why these competencies are crucial for business success. Apply Concepts: Compare transformation concepts to your own business and personal culture. Recognize Challenges: Identify transformation challenges and success factors that may affect an organization’s ability to design and implement change. Learn Best Practices: Explore best practices for implementing transformation initiatives. Define Roles: Identify the roles and responsibilities of project leaders in transformation efforts.

How it Works:

Direct Access: Your elearning course will be available in your PMI account Library. Earn PDUs: Upon completing the course, you will automatically earn 10 PDUs. Unlock Your Exam: You will unlock your exam, with three attempts available within 180 days. Retake Policy: If you do not pass the exam within 180 days or in your three attempts, there is a 45-day waiting period before you can purchase another attempt. Receive Your Badge: You’ll receive your badge within three days after passing the exam.
