Workshop Description
The Leadership Styles Micro-Credential provides insights into different leadership approaches, helping professionals assess their dominant style and adapt their leadership to various situations.
Audience
Individuals wanting to expand their self-awareness and ability to understand the impact of different approaches to leadership. Professionals in leadership roles who want to expand their leadership capabilities to choose the style most appropriate for the situation.
Learning Outcomes
Describe the mindset, behavioral, and attitude shifts needed in people-first leadership. Compare and contrast different types of leadership styles. Identify when and how to use each style and the impact of each style on individuals and teams. Analyze multiple scenarios and choose a leadership style appropriate to the situation. Assess your dominant leadership style and identify areas for personal growth.
Prerequisites
Foundational knowledge of agile principles, values, and mindset. Agile coaching experience is recommended.
