Workshop Description

The Impactful Feedback Micro-Credential equips professionals with essential techniques to give, receive, and apply feedback constructively, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Audience

Individuals wanting to grow their skills in giving and receiving impactful feedback. Professionals in leadership roles who want to expand their ability to provide deliberately developmental feedback and have difficult conversations with peers and direct reports.

Learning Outcomes

Discuss the importance of impactful feedback for supporting growth, building trust, and improving performance. Describe approaches for giving various types of feedback in a deliberately developmental way. Explain how to ask for and receive feedback as a leader. Demonstrate how to give and receive impactful feedback.

Prerequisites

Foundational knowledge of agile principles, values, and mindset. Agile coaching experience is recommended.

Professional Development Units (PDUs) Attendees may be eligible to apply for 4 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP®, PgMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications.
