Workshop Description
The Authentic Leadership Micro-Credential empowers professionals to lead with integrity by identifying their personal values, purpose, and leadership vision to inspire trust and engagement.
Audience
Individuals wanting to connect with who they are and what guides them as authentic leaders. Professionals in leadership roles who want to increase their impact by developing their capacity to lead authentically.
Learning Outcomes
Define the characteristics of authentic leadership and provide examples of these characteristics in practice. Explain the impact of leading authentically on yourself, individuals, teams, and organizations. Identify your personal purpose and values. Explore how your purpose and values currently show up in your leadership and where you might be in misalignment to leading authentically. Develop a vision of yourself as an authentic leader in alignment with your purpose and values. Create a personal action plan to increase your capacity to lead authentically.
Prerequisites
Foundational knowledge of agile principles, values, and mindset. Agile coaching experience is recommended.

Professional Development Units (PDUs) Attendees may be eligible to apply for 4 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP®, PgMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications.
