ICA Agile Fundamentals (ICP)

Workshop Description

Agile fundamentals (ICP) is an industry-recognized credential that demonstrates an understanding of the agile mindset, values, principles, and foundational concepts. Professionals are grounded in what it means to “be agile while doing agile” and achieve organizational agility without specific focus on any single agile methodology or framework (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, XP, DSDM, SAFe, etc.)

Audience

This agile certification is a gateway to ICA’s product and technical certifications. It is intended for product development and delivery practitioners who are new to agility and interested in developing an agile mindset. Those already holding the Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) credential may find this course compelling if they are on a journey towards agility in a software development context.

Professional Development Units (PDUs) Attendees may be eligible to apply for 14 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP®, PgMP®, and PMI-ACP® certifications.
