Welcome to the world of Enterprise Agile Coaching, where our Agile Coach offers a holistic view to drive business agility by collaborating with leaders for impactful transformations. Join our Coaching Agile Transformations Bootcamp, a comprehensive program designed to guide organizations in their Agile transformation journey. Our coaching strategies will help optimize team performance, and participants will acquire the skills to assess, adapt, and lead using Agile methodologies. The Enterprise Coaching for Agility Track, offered by ICA, is an advanced program that equips Agile coaching practitioners to effectively work at the enterprise level. The learning outcomes cover key areas essential for Enterprise Coaching effectiveness, such as organizational design, Agile enterprise frameworks, executive/leadership coaching, large group facilitation, and change management strategies. After completion of the workshop, each participant will receive a Bundle of certificates from ICA granted as: Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) Certification Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) Certification Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT) Certification Upon acquiring this foundation, learners can apply for the prestigious ICA Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) certification.
