Certification Detail

Workshop Description

In order to effectively embrace change, it is crucial for individuals to comprehend both the reasons behind it and the methods for implementation. This workshop is a one-day Agile Fundamentals intensive workshop specifically designed to equip individuals and teams with the knowledge required to transition from traditional plan-driven project methodologies to agile principles, frameworks, and tools that drive change. This workshop serves as a condensed version of our ICAgile certified two-day Agile Fundamentals workshop, although it does not include certification. It focuses on teaching the mindset, tools, and techniques necessary for individuals to become productive contributors in a business that is adopting agile ways of working. Delivered by experienced trainers with extensive backgrounds in business, operations, and IT, this immersive and hands-on workshop encourages participants to apply theory to practical activities throughout the training. The workshop places a constant emphasis on customer-centricity, collaboration, value delivery, learning, and continuous improvement. We understand that transitioning to agile practices may involve unlearning for individuals. Therefore, our workshop adopts a highly pragmatic and non-prescriptive approach to agile adoption, allowing teams to shape their own interpretation of agile ways of working and implement immediate changes following the training. Throughout the workshop, we demonstrate great empathy, ensuring a supportive environment for all participants.
